Over 16's only
Teams Mixed are 5 players with up to 2 subs (Subs Optional, a minimum of 2 females or 2 males on the court)
Fees: R150 per player (Including Subs)
(50% Team deposit payable to secure your teams entry)
Standard SSA Indoor Hockey rules apply.
Games are approximately 23mins each. (10min a half with a 3min half time break)
