14:30 â Jumbo Rainbow Rush (Suitable for 8-12 years: 3km run & 12 action-packed kids obstacles)
15:00 â Mega Rainbow Rush (Suitable for 13 years & up: Optional 3km or 5km run & 19 thrilling obstacles)
